Driveways and walkways.

Driveways, sidewalks and steps, cleaned back to a lighter, even color.

What I clean.

If it's concrete and it's outside, I can wash it.

Driveways with years of dirt and mud on them. The sidewalk from the front door out to the street. Concrete steps and the railings beside them. Aggregate and plain concrete walkways to the front door.

Send me a photo of what you've got and I'll tell you what I'd do.

One pass at a time.

I use a surface cleaner on flat concrete. It covers ground fast and leaves an even clean, and you can see the stripe it leaves behind. This walkway is partway done.

The surface cleaner is a round spinning bar under a hood, so it works across flat concrete in even passes and doesn't leave the streaks you get doing it by hand. On a big driveway it saves a lot of time.

Around the edges, steps and tight corners I switch to the wand and work them by hand.

Before and after.

Dirt had settled into these concrete steps beside a stone wall. Same steps, same angle, washed back to a lighter, even color.

Steps and walkways are where everybody walks, so they show it first. Send me a photo of yours and I'll tell you what I'd do.

A driveway at the garage.

A driveway leading up to a garage with cream carriage doors. The first photo is the concrete before, dark and dirty, and the second is after a wash.

Big flat areas like this are where a surface cleaner earns its keep.

The walk to the front door.

A long concrete sidewalk running along a brick house, with garden beds and rock beside it. The darker walk is before, and the lighter one is after.

If the walk to your front door has gone dark, it can come back.

Through the garden.

This walkway runs between a brick wall and a paver patio in Cisco. Before on the left, after on the right.

Patios and walkways are where plants, mud and foot traffic all land at once.

Good to know.

Send me a photo. Some stains lift easily and some take more work, and I'll tell you straight what to expect.

Yes. Add them to a driveway wash and it all gets done in one visit.

Yes. Commercial washing has its own page.

Let's clean up that concrete.
