House washing.
Dirt, algae and grime come off siding, brick, trim and metal buildings. A little TLC and your house looks right again.

What we wash.
Everything on the outside of the house that's gotten dirty.
Vinyl siding with green algae on it. Brick with grime and staining. Metal buildings, shops and barns. Trim, soffits and the overhangs that collect dirt. Windows, and gutters on their own or with a house wash.
If you're not sure whether something can be washed, ask. Most of the time the answer is yes.
Roofs get their own page. See roof washing

Metal buildings and garages.
Barns, shops and detached garages with metal siding get dirty too. I wash them the same way I wash a house, and the difference shows right away.
Dust, mud splash and green growth settle low on the walls and in the corners. If you have a shop or a garage that looks tired, send me a photo and I'll tell you what I'd do.

Before and after.
This white house had green algae streaked down the siding, mostly around the generator and the air conditioner. Not every house gets this bad, but a lot of them get a little of it.
The top photo is the wall as I found it. The bottom photo is the same wall after a wash. Same angle, same spot, and the green is gone.
If your siding is starting to look like the top one, send me a picture and I'll give you a free quote.

Gray siding.
A gray vinyl-sided house with a bay window. The first photo has dirt and streaks on the walls, and the second is the same house after a wash.
Darker siding shows dirt and chalky streaks more than you would expect. A wash brings the color back.

Brown siding.
A brown vinyl house with an octagon window, before and after. The white foundation stands out again once the walls are clean.

Gutters and windows.
Add them to a house wash and the whole outside gets done in one visit. Clean windows make the rest of the house look cleaner too.
Gutters pick up the same streaks the siding does, and a dirty window stands out once the walls are clean. Doing it all together means you only have to schedule me once.

Good to know.
Not when it's done right. Siding needs a gentler touch than concrete, and I adjust to what I'm washing. If you have loose or damaged siding, tell me up front.
It depends on shade, trees and moisture. Green algae comes back faster on the shady side. Send a photo and I'll tell you what I'd expect.
Yes. Windows can be quoted on their own or added to a house wash. Just ask.
