Decks take sun, rain and a lot of foot traffic, and they show it. Boards go gray and dull, green growth builds up in the shade, and dirt settles into the cracks between boards.
A wash brings the color back and gets the grime out. Wood and composite decks both need a lighter touch than concrete, so I adjust my pressure to what the deck is made of.
